- 1 bowl Chiroti Rava
- 1 bowl Fresh Curd
- 1/2 tea cup milk
- 1 packet Eno lemon flovored
- to taste Salt according
- Half cup cooking oil
- 2 green chillies
- Half tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp Chana Dal
- 1/2 bowl chopped dill leaves
- 1/2 cup great carrot
- 2 tbsp Cashews
Instructions to make to make RAVA IDLI😍
- Roast cashews, mustard, chana dal and green chillies in hot oil in a pan.



- Add roasted Chiroti Rava and Bombay Rava. Roast for a minute and turn off the flame.

- Add chopped dil leaves, grated carrot, eno and salt. Combine well. Set aside.


- Grease the idli plates with oil. Can add some cashews for decoration and this stage. Put the idli maker with water on high flame. To the rava mixture add curd and milk. Combine well. Mixture consistency should be little thick. Add some more milk if required. Quickly transfer the mixture to idly plates and keep this to boil for 12-14 minutes in high flame. Turn of the flame. Let idlis sit in steamer for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
